Julie Suratt

I’m a former executive editor at Boston magazine with decades of writing and editing experience. My work has been featured in Boston magazine, the Boston Globe, the Boston Globe Magazine, New England Travel, Cosmopolitan, the Boston Phoenix, Experience magazine, Destinations, and the Improper Bostonian, among numerous other publications. I graduated with an English degree from Tufts University and have been an alumni interviewer for the Tufts Admissions Network for nearly 20 years. A mother of three teenagers, I enjoy working with kids to create engaging, insightful, and compelling college essays.
